Alternatively e-mail or write and we will respond as quickly as we can.
We can estimate over the phone however quotations will need to be confirmed in writing.

Is your work guaranteed?
A We offer a two year guarantee unwritten by Dulux ICI and TrustMark.

How soon can you start?
A Often we can start the next day, but usually within three days of acceptance of our quotation.

Are your prices competitive?
A We price very competitively for the calibre of our work. If you find a cheaper quotation for the same specification we will try and beat it.

Do you work out-of-hours?
A We can work evenings or weekends to suit your requirements as necessary.

Do you do any other types of work?
A We can undertake your whole project from start to finish. We use our plasterer, electrician, carpenter, plumber and builder to provide a complete service.

A Yes. We think we are, but why not try for yourselves.

A Yes we are. We are covered to provide public liability up to £2 million with Arista Insurance.

What if my complaint still hasn't been resolved? What should I do then?
A Where we cannot resolve any complaints using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted trader we use Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution.
